		<description>The Wilrik's asking price is $199,900 I think.  But I'm fairly certain it's been up for sale ever since we moved here in early 2006, so I'm not sure of the history there.  We drive past it several times a week and I always think it would be SO cool to have something there.

I'm glad you're getting used to things!  If you need anything, shoot me another email.  If you can, come out to the concert Thursday night in Depot Park.  I'm hoping I can make it this week...we've not been able to get there for the past month or so.</description>
