Open the blender! Smoothies are pure trial and error, which means you might not like them at first, but you will like them after a while. Just, you know, not if you don't open that box. And you'll just have the regret of wasting money on a blender that you never used anyway, so you might as well have regret with a side of smoothies if you're going to have it.

You might enjoy Bikram yoga. It's 26 postures, same sequence day after day, and it's in a bright room filled with mirrors. The instructor talks constantly through it, with posture reminders and what you should be doing (head to knee, lock your knee, suck in your stomach, LOCK YOUR KNEE LOCK YOUR KNEE)...oh, and it's about 110 degrees and like a sauna.

It's awesome. I love it because it's NOT this quiet-meditation-earth-connected thing, it's 90 minutes of my life where I'm forced to not think of anything but what my body is doing. And when I'm done, and lying there in the dark in the final dead-body pose, I'm so exhausted that my mind is quiet and my body feels rebuilt from the inside out.
It's like cardio yoga, because although it's non-impact, your heart is GOING from holding these poses, from the heat, etc. best of both worlds!
